Alaska Power & Telephone is seeking a full-time or part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Craig, Haines, Ketchikan, Petersburg or Wrangell, Alaska. This is an in-person role that requires residence in one of these Alaska locations. We're looking for someone who is dependable, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about helping others. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys learning new skills, and communicates clearly, kindly, and professionally. This role serves as a vital connection between our company and the customers who rely on us every day. This is an in-person position-not remote-and plays a key role in supporting our communities through reliable service and customer care. About the Role: As a CSR, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice of AP&T. You'll assist customers with power and telecom services, process payments, answer calls, and support billing and administrative tasks. You'll also help promote our services and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to reliability and care.
