Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful applicant will have an enthusiasm for customer service and must have some mechanical background (i.e.: marine or diesel repair, industrial trades) or experience as a Parts Person. Your hours will be 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime work is necessary and you will be required to participate. The wage range is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. The starting wage offered will depend upon your experience and/or education.
Duties
- Day-to-day customer service and sales of turbochargers, including telephone and walk-in clients.
- Servicing the on-highway, off-highway and marine industries.
- Scheduling, setting up, tracking and completing customer jobs, invoicing and payment processing.
- Working closely with the Shop Manager to set job priorities for your customers on a daily basis and being an active participant in our Sales and Marketing Program.
Qualifications
- Able to interact with customers in a professional, enthusiastic manner.
- Able to accomplish goals with minimal direct supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Critical and creative thinking skills to solve problems.
- Intermediate or higher level computer skills, including a familiarity with Word and Excel.
- Willingness to learn new software.
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Able to obtain a passport and travel to Canada.
