About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Concentrix. Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
- Previous experience in customer support, call center, or technical assistance roles preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office Suite, and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and timely solutions
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the company’s CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and resolved
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues
