Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders, quotations, order changes, and expedited requests.
- Monitor open orders and communicate updates, schedule changes, and delivery information to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer forecasts and account records.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with sales, purchasing, production planning, and other departments to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive service and effective communication.
- Provide product information and pricing support using available resources.
- Aid with product returns and customer issue resolution.
- Ensure pricing, discounts, and account information remain accurate and current.
- Share important customer feedback and market information with appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Support process improvements and contribute to departmental initiatives.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
- Complete reports, documentation, and other assigned administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain an organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- One to two years of customer service, inside sales, or technical support experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is essential.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are necessary.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is required.
- A willingness to work overtime when business demands require is expected.
Qualifications

Schedule
Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours (Overtime as needed)
