We help customers complete home maintenance, repair, and improvement projects by connecting them with skilled, professional craftsmen who deliver exceptional service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Return missed calls and follow up with customers
  • Contact new leads and convert inquiries into booked appointments - No cold calls!
  • Follow up on estimates and outstanding opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate customer projects
  • Manage and optimize craftsmen schedules to maximize productivity
  • Generate sales opportunities through proactive customer communication
  • As training and workload allow, assist with:
    • Customer deposits
    • Processing payments
    • Conducting customer satisfaction follow-ups
    • Assisting with administrative projects and office support functions
    • Supporting other operational needs as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service and phone communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and using scheduling, CRM, and office software systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Associate degree in business, communications, administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, call center operations, or office administration (preferred)
  • Experience in a home services, construction, or trades-related business (preferred)
  • Sales, lead conversion, or appointment-setting experience (preferred)
