Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Provide product information
- Process orders
- Provide tracking information
- Aid with returns and exchanges
- Ensure customers receive the right products on time
- Research and resolve issues such as billing questions, account inquiries or disputes
- Work closely with outside sales team and technical support to deliver the best solutions for our customers
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A problem-solving mindset
- A team-first attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, or similar tools
- SAP experience
- Minimum two (2) years of sales or customer service experience
- Minimum two (2) years college education in a related field preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
