Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Provide product information
  • Process orders
  • Provide tracking information
  • Aid with returns and exchanges
  • Ensure customers receive the right products on time
  • Research and resolve issues such as billing questions, account inquiries or disputes
  • Work closely with outside sales team and technical support to deliver the best solutions for our customers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A problem-solving mindset
  • A team-first attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, or similar tools
  • SAP experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of sales or customer service experience
  • Minimum two (2) years college education in a related field preferred
  • Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
