Job Function
- Taking calls and answering various questions
- Scheduling appointments with service technicians
- Communicating positively with customers and employees
- Problem solving customer situations with technicians
- Responding to and solving customer concerns
- Understanding and using the dispatch board
- Coordinating customer and vendor calls
- Rescheduling calls when necessary
- Reviewing after-hour calls and coordinating with on-call technicians
- Maximizing technician efficiency and customer experience
- Notifying customers of arrivals and delays
- Scheduling part replacement jobs
- Using GPS for dispatching purposes

Required Qualifications
