Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a growing medical device organization.

Hours
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound customer calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Respond to inquiries regarding products, orders, shipments, and service requests.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technical Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or a regulated industry
- Strong verbal communication and phone skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/customer service systems
- High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
