About the role
The primary responsibility of a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide excellent customer service while handling a variety of tasks including answering product and service inquiries, opening and maintaining customer accounts, preparing and packaging food, collecting payments, and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
- Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording and updating account information
- Preparing and packaging food products
- Collecting payment and handing out orders to customers
- Resolving product or service issues by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related requests as needed
Requirements
- Be 15 years or older
- Be attentive to detail
- Be customer oriented, friendly, and energetic
- Have cash management skills
- Be able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and unscheduled shifts
- Willing to learn and perform other workstation duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum wage, with the option for raises based on performance evaluations
- Eligible for a management position after meeting performance criteria
- Frequent receipt of tips through an in-store tip pool
Pay
$15.80-18.00 hourly
Schedule
Shifts may vary, including nights, weekends, and unscheduled work as needed.
