About the role

The primary responsibility of a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide excellent customer service while handling a variety of tasks including answering product and service inquiries, opening and maintaining customer accounts, preparing and packaging food, collecting payments, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording and updating account information
  • Preparing and packaging food products
  • Collecting payment and handing out orders to customers
  • Resolving product or service issues by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related requests as needed

Requirements

  • Be 15 years or older
  • Be attentive to detail
  • Be customer oriented, friendly, and energetic
  • Have cash management skills
  • Be able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and unscheduled shifts
  • Willing to learn and perform other workstation duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum wage, with the option for raises based on performance evaluations
  • Eligible for a management position after meeting performance criteria
  • Frequent receipt of tips through an in-store tip pool

Pay

$15.80-18.00 hourly

Schedule

Shifts may vary, including nights, weekends, and unscheduled work as needed.
