About the role

The primary responsibility of a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide excellent customer service, manage customer accounts, prepare and package food, collect payments, resolve issues, and maintain financial accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Answer product and service questions and advertise/promote the business
  • Record and update customer account information
  • Prepare and package food products
  • Collect payment and hand out orders to customers
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, providing solutions, and ensuring follow-up
  • Process customer adjustments
  • Contribute to team efforts by performing related tasks as requested

Requirements

  • Must be 15 years or older
  • Must be attentive to detail
  • Must be customer-oriented, friendly, and energetic
  • Must possess cash management skills
  • Must be able to work long shifts, including evenings, weekends, and as needed due to emergencies

Qualifications

  • Minimum wage with the possibility of raises based on performance evaluations
  • Option to earn additional tips through an in-store tip pool
  • Training provided to ensure a positive learning experience
