About the role
The primary responsibility of a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide excellent customer service, manage customer accounts, prepare and package food, collect payments, resolve issues, and maintain financial accounts.
Responsibilities
- Answer product and service questions and advertise/promote the business
- Record and update customer account information
- Prepare and package food products
- Collect payment and hand out orders to customers
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, providing solutions, and ensuring follow-up
- Process customer adjustments
- Contribute to team efforts by performing related tasks as requested
Requirements
- Must be 15 years or older
- Must be attentive to detail
- Must be customer-oriented, friendly, and energetic
- Must possess cash management skills
- Must be able to work long shifts, including evenings, weekends, and as needed due to emergencies
Qualifications
- Minimum wage with the possibility of raises based on performance evaluations
- Option to earn additional tips through an in-store tip pool
- Training provided to ensure a positive learning experience
