About the role

The primary responsibility of a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide excellent customer service, manage customer accounts, prepare and package food, collect payments, resolve issues, and maintain financial accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Answer product and service questions and advertise/promote services
  • Record and update customer account information
  • Prepare and package food products
  • Collect payment and hand out orders to customers
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and ensuring follow-up
  • Process customer adjustments
  • Contribute to team efforts by performing related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 15 years old
  • Must be attentive to detail
  • Must be customer-oriented, friendly, and energetic
  • Must possess cash management skills
  • Must be able to work long shifts, including evenings, weekends, and as needed
  • Must be willing to learn and perform other duties as necessary

Wage and Benefits

The wage for all CSRs is minimum wage, with the option for raises based on performance evaluations conducted by Regional Supervisors. Raises are in increments of $0.25 up to a maximum of $1.00 over minimum wage, with the potential to advance to a management position. CSRs also frequently receive tips on a daily or bi-weekly basis via an in-store tip pool. The pay range is $15.80 - $18.00 per hour, with additional tips.
