About the role
The primary responsibility of a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to interact with customers effectively throughout their shifts. CSRs are expected to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experiences.
Responsibilities
- Answer product and service questions and promote store offerings
- Manage customer accounts by recording and updating information
- Prepare and package food items
- Collect payments and deliver orders to customers
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, providing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution
- Process customer adjustments
- Contribute to team efforts by assisting with other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Must be attentive to detail
- Must be customer-oriented, friendly, and energetic
- Must possess cash management skills
- Must be able to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and as needed due to emergencies
- Must be willing to learn and perform other duties as required
