About the role

The primary responsibility of a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to interact with customers effectively throughout their shifts. CSRs are expected to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Answer product and service questions and promote store offerings
  • Manage customer accounts by recording and updating information
  • Prepare and package food items
  • Collect payments and deliver orders to customers
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, providing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Process customer adjustments
  • Contribute to team efforts by assisting with other tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 15 years old
  • Must be attentive to detail
  • Must be customer-oriented, friendly, and energetic
  • Must possess cash management skills
  • Must be able to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and as needed due to emergencies
  • Must be willing to learn and perform other duties as required
