About the role

The primary responsibility of a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide exceptional customer service. CSRs are expected to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that customers are satisfied and their needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Answer product and service questions and advertise/promote store offerings
  • Maintain and update customer accounts
  • Prepare and package food products
  • Collect payment and deliver orders to customers
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, providing solutions, and ensuring follow-up
  • Process customer adjustments
  • Contribute to the team by performing other necessary tasks as requested

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 15 years old
  • Must be attentive to detail
  • Must be customer-oriented, friendly, and energetic
  • Must possess cash management skills
  • Must be able to work long shifts, including evenings, weekends, and during emergencies
  • Must be willing to learn and perform other duties as needed

Pay

Hourly pay ranges from $15.80 to $18.00, with the possibility of additional tips and mileage compensation.
