About the role
The primary responsibility of a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide exceptional customer service. CSRs are expected to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that customers are satisfied and their needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Answer product and service questions and advertise/promote store offerings
- Maintain and update customer accounts
- Prepare and package food products
- Collect payment and deliver orders to customers
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, providing solutions, and ensuring follow-up
- Process customer adjustments
- Contribute to the team by performing other necessary tasks as requested
Qualifications
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Must be attentive to detail
- Must be customer-oriented, friendly, and energetic
- Must possess cash management skills
- Must be able to work long shifts, including evenings, weekends, and during emergencies
- Must be willing to learn and perform other duties as needed
