About the role
The primary responsibility of a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide excellent customer service while handling a variety of tasks including answering product and service inquiries, opening and maintaining customer accounts, preparing and packaging food, collecting payments, and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
- Answer product and service questions and advertise/promote services
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information
- Prepare and package food products
- Collect payment and hand out orders to customers
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, providing solutions, and ensuring follow-up
- Process customer adjustments
- Contribute to the team by performing related requests as needed
Requirements
- Must be 15 years or older
- Must be attentive to detail
- Must be customer-oriented, friendly, and energetic
- Must have cash management skills
- Must be able to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and as needed due to emergencies
Qualifications
- Minimum wage with potential for raises based on performance evaluations
- Option for management positions after meeting eligibility criteria
- Frequent receipt of tips through an in-store tip pool
