About the role

The primary responsibility of a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to provide excellent customer service while handling a variety of tasks including answering product and service inquiries, opening and maintaining customer accounts, preparing and packaging food, collecting payments, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

  • Answer product and service questions and advertise/promote services
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information
  • Prepare and package food products
  • Collect payment and hand out orders to customers
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, providing solutions, and ensuring follow-up
  • Process customer adjustments
  • Contribute to the team by performing related requests as needed

Requirements

  • Must be 15 years or older
  • Must be attentive to detail
  • Must be customer-oriented, friendly, and energetic
  • Must have cash management skills
  • Must be able to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and as needed due to emergencies

Qualifications

  • Minimum wage with potential for raises based on performance evaluations
  • Option for management positions after meeting eligibility criteria
  • Frequent receipt of tips through an in-store tip pool

Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $15.05 - $17.00
  • Additional tips and mileage compensation when applicable

Schedule

Shifts may vary, including evenings, weekends, and as needed for emergencies.
