About the role
The primary responsibility of a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to interact with customers effectively and efficiently. CSRs are expected to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experiences.
Responsibilities
- Answer product and service questions
- Open and maintain customer accounts
- Prepare and package food products
- Collect payment and hand out orders to customers
- Resolve product or service issues
- Process customer adjustments
- Contribute to team efforts
Qualifications
- Must be 15 years or older
- Must be attentive to detail
- Must be customer-oriented, friendly, and energetic
- Must have cash management skills
- Must be able to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and during emergencies
- Must be willing to learn and perform other workstation duties as needed
Pay
The wage for all CSRs is minimum wage, with the option for raises based on performance evaluations conducted by Regional Supervisors. Raises are given in increments of $0.25 up to a maximum of $1.00 over minimum wage, after which employees become eligible for management positions. CSRs also frequently receive tips through an in-store tip pool.
Schedule
Shifts are typically part-time and may vary based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and unscheduled work.
