Job Description
Immediate hire opportunity available for Customer Service Representatives at Domino's Pizza. Flexible scheduling options are available, including part-time and full-time positions.
Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Pass a background check
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Make correct monetary change
- Take and process orders verbally and through phone
- Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone, and work well with others
- Work under stress, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions
Work Conditions
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
- Fumes from food odors
- Cornmeal dust
- Hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500 degrees or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Physical Duties & Requirements
- Lift bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'
- Unload deliveries using a hand truck
- Climb stairs or ladders to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance
- Bend forward at the waist for pizza assembly and stoop/bend for shelf stocking and cleaning
- Reach above 72" occasionally and frequently throughout the day
- Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and when using the rolling cutter
- Pinch frequently and/or forcefully in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
