Job Description
Immediate hire opportunity available for Customer Service Representatives at Domino's Pizza. Flexible scheduling options are available, including part-time and full-time positions.
Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Pass a background check
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic and make correct change
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
- Ability to follow directions, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and as part of a team, handle stress, provide excellent customer service, analyze data, make good judgments and decisions
Work Conditions
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
- Fumes from food odors
- Exposure to cornmeal dust
- Compact work areas including walk-in cooler
- Hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500 degrees or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Physical Duties & Requirements
- Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds
- Climbing stairs or ladders to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance
- Forward bending at the waist for pizza assembly and front counter work
- Stooping and bending to stock shelves and clean low areas
- Reaching above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves
- Manipulating a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter
- Frequent and forceful pinching in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
Work Environment
