Job Description
Immediate hire opportunity available for Customer Service Representatives at Domino's Pizza. Flexible scheduling options are available, including part-time and full-time positions.
Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Pass a background check
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Make correct monetary change
- Take and process orders verbally and through the phone
- Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions
Work Conditions
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
- Fumes from food odors
- Exposure to cornmeal dust
- Compact work areas including walk-in cooler
- Hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500 degrees or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Physical Duties & Requirements
- Lifting bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'
- Climbing stairs or climbing a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance
- Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station
- Toe room present, but workers unable to flex their knees while standing at this station
- Occasional stooping/bending forward
- Reaching continuously, up, down, and forward
- Manipulating a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter
- Frequent and/or forceful pinching in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
- Eye-hand coordination essential
- Use of hands continuous during the day
- Frequent and/or forceful pinching required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
- Talking and hearing on telephone
- Depth perception as well as near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Far and night vision required for driving
