About the Role

Domino’s is growing and we are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our team. We offer flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time hours available, allowing you to work shifts that fit your life.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, handle stress, meet quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.

Work Conditions

Exposure to:

  • Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
  • Sudden temperature changes (in-store temperatures range from 36°F in coolers to 90°F or above in some work areas).
  • Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
  • Compact work areas, including walk-in coolers.
  • Hot surfaces/tools, including ovens reaching 500°F or higher.
  • Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Duties & Requirements

  • Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and unloaded using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are lifted from the floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
  • Climbing: Infrequent use of stairs or ladders to change prices, wash walls, or perform maintenance.
  • Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist is required at the pizza assembly station (30–45 seconds at a time, repeated continuously). Bending is also required at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching is occasionally needed for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
  • Reaching: Continuous reaching in all directions (up, down, and forward) for tasks such as turning oven controls, changing prices, lifting objects, scooping cornmeal, washing dishes, obtaining toppings, cleaning surfaces, and answering phones.
  • Hand Tasks: Eye-hand coordination is essential. Frequent use of hands for shaping dough, manipulating pizza peels, cutting pizzas, assembling boxes, and grasping cans, cutters, and boxes. Pinching is required for assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
  • Sensing: Talking and hearing on the telephone, depth perception, near and mid-range vision for most tasks, ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces, and far/night vision for driving.
