Job Description
Immediate hire opportunity available for Customer Service Representatives at Domino's Pizza. Flexible scheduling options are available, including part-time and full-time positions.
Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Pass a background check
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Make correct monetary change
- Take and process orders verbally and via phone
- Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, handle stress, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions
Work Conditions
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
- Fumes from food odors
- Exposure to cornmeal dust
- Compact work areas including walk-in cooler
- Hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500 degrees or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Physical Duties & Requirements
- Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'
- Climbing stairs or climbing a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance
- Forward bending at the waist to assemble pizzas, stooping/bending forward, crouching, reaching up to 72" above ground level, reaching down to perform tasks like scooping cornmeal, reaching forward to obtain toppings, manipulating pizza peel and pizza cutter, grasping cans, pizza cutter, and pizza boxes
- Using hands continuously throughout the day, frequent and forceful pinching required in assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
