About the Role

Domino’s is growing and we are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our team. Flexible part-time and full-time hours are available, with the ability to choose short or long shifts that work for you.

Responsibilities

  • Take and process customer orders via phone, in-person, and online.
  • Perform repetitive tasks such as pizza assembly, order fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Accurately handle monetary transactions and make correct change.
  • Analyze and compile data, make sound judgments, and meet strict quality control standards.
  • Work well under stress, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Perform physical duties including lifting, climbing, stooping, bending, and reaching.
  • Handle hot surfaces/tools, including ovens reaching 500 degrees or higher.
  • Navigate varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions for outside tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately (may use a calculator).
  • Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing.
  • Ability to follow directives and meet quality control standards.

Physical Duties & Work Conditions

  • Lifting: Unload bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs) using a hand truck, lifting from floor to shelves up to 72" high.
  • Climbing: Navigate stairs or ladders for tasks like changing prices, washing walls, or performing maintenance.
  • Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist during pizza assembly (30–45 seconds at a time, repeated continuously). Crouching/bending to stock shelves and clean low areas.
  • Reaching: Continuous reaching up, down, and forward (e.g., turning oven controls, scooping ingredients, answering phones).
  • Hand Tasks: Frequent use of hands for shaping dough, manipulating pizza peels, assembling boxes, and grasping tools.
  • Sensing: Depth perception, near/mid-range vision, and ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces. Far and night vision required for driving.
  • Environment: Exposure to varying temperatures (36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in work areas), food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes. Compact workspaces with sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
