Job Description
Immediate hire opportunity available for Customer Service Representatives at Domino's Pizza. Flexible scheduling options are available, including part-time and full-time positions.
Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Pass a background check
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Make correct monetary change
- Take and process orders verbally and through phone
- Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions
Work Conditions
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
- Fumes from food odors
- Exposure to cornmeal dust
- Compact work areas including walk-in cooler
- Hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500 degrees or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Physical Duties & Requirements
- Lift bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'
- Climb stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance
- Bend forward at the waist to stock shelves and clean low areas
- Reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves
- Reach forward to obtain topping ingredients, clean work surfaces, or answer phones
- Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter
- Pinch frequently in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
