About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. You will bridge the gap between the dream and the reality by assisting customers with scheduling deliveries, managing payments, and addressing questions and concerns. You will work independently and on a small team to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service consistently.
• Communicate effectively in person and on the phone with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate excellent listening skills and multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
• Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.
• Support sales and operations team members by advocating for customer concerns and requests.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
