Responsibilities

  • Play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase by assisting with scheduling deliveries, managing payments, and addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Work independently and on a small team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Provide genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service.
  • Communicate effectively, demonstrate interpersonal and organizational skills, and multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Proactively resolve escalated customer issues and advocate for customer concerns and requests.
  • Flexibly work a retail schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
