Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in both English and Spanish
- Prepare quotes, estimates, and customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate pricing, lead times, inventory availability, and order updates
- Maintain customer records and update information in company systems
- Aid the sales team with customer support and order-related requests
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
