About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative Trainee to join our team in Tualatin, OR.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, stock availability, and shipping dates.
- Process phone orders, prepare price quotes, and enter sales data accurately.
- Fulfill orders to customer specifications and help source industrial products.
- Partner with the outside sales team to provide administrative and quote support.
Qualifications & Skills
- A High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior inside sales or customer service experience.
- Strong data entry, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Bonus: Experience with Profit 21 (P21) software is highly preferred!
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in an office/warehouse environment and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
