Customer Service Rep. - Outside Sales

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers for follow up after the sale
• Route call information as needed to appropriate store personnel and related team members
• Answer and follow-up timely on calls
• Discuss and upsell extended warranty program as applicable, share leads
• Coordinate resolution process from start to finish
• Report issues with unresolved problems to appropriate team
• Process documentation as required
• All other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1-2 years dispatch or Customer Service preferred
• Call Center experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Good telephone communication skills required
• Basic data entry and retrieval skills required
