Customer Service Rep

About the Role

Performs clerical functions required to service the needs of the patient, providers, and organization. Serves as a liaison between patients, clinical support staff, physicians, and others. Provides excellent customer service and greets patients entering the department or practice.

Requirements

• 2 years of data entry experience preferred
• 1 year of clerical or customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare-related industry
• Experience with third-party payors and computers for inputting data and reviewing patient demographic material
