Responsibilities

  • Input customer orders.
  • Input customer credits.
  • Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Aid customers with orders and problems both in person and over the phone.
  • Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as checking mail and email, writing sample requests and special orders, scanning, and filing.
  • Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
  • 6 - 12 months customer service, call center, and/or related experience.

Schedule

M-F 7am-4pm, and 1 Sun a month 2p-4p.
