Responsibilities
- Input customer orders.
- Input customer credits.
- Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Aid customers with orders and problems both in person and over the phone.
- Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
- Perform administrative tasks such as checking mail and email, writing sample requests and special orders, scanning, and filing.
- Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- 6 - 12 months customer service, call center, and/or related experience.

M-F 7am-4pm, and 1 Sun a month 2p-4p.
