Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities

  • Input customer orders.
  • Input customer credits.
  • Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Aid customers with orders and problems.
  • Contact vendors and request samples for customers.
  • Provide informative and professional assistance to the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as checking faxes and mail, writing sample requests, and special orders when necessary.
  • Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
  • 6 - 12 months of customer service, call center, and/or related experience.

Pay

Starting Pay of $15/hour.

Schedule

Day Shift Schedule: Sunday - 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
