Responsibilities
- Input customer orders.
- Input customer credits.
- Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Aid customers with orders and problems.
- Contact vendors and request samples for customers.
- Provide informative and professional assistance to the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
- Perform administrative tasks such as checking faxes and mail, writing sample requests, and special orders when necessary.
- Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- 6 - 12 months of customer service, call center, and/or related experience.
Pay
Starting Pay of $15/hour.
Schedule
Day Shift Schedule: Sunday - 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
