Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they enter the showroom and ensure they feel comfortable.
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the appropriate personnel when customers call for information.
- Professionally speak to customers, even when they're upset with the service they've received.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
- Help with the back desk area and take on any task that comes your way.
- Issue temp tags through our online system.
- Maintain deal folders and ensure they're ready for our sales team.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and tidy.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Front desk experience is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.

- Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills?
- Can you balance multiple tasks while demonstrating good time management?
