Customer Service Rep

Your motivation, energy, and service-driven mindset will serve you well in this position where you will partner with agents and insureds to support complex accounts in the trucking industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for information, services, quotes, permits, authority, and licensing.
• Provide office and sales assistance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow.
• Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize computer software.
• Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System is a plus!
• Must obtain and maintain a P&C license within the first 90 days of employment.
