Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day customer service operations, including assisting customers and answering incoming calls
- Schedule service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt
- Maintain and enter data in NetSuite
- Support basic collections and bookkeeping tasks
- Resolve billing issues and reduce account receivable delinquency
- Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process
Requirements
- Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience
- Route scheduling experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel experience
- Basic understanding of general service installation duties
- General accounting knowledge
- High energy and a passion for excellence in customer care
