Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
