Through direct member interaction and benefits administration, the organization promotes informed engagement and overall member support.About the OpportunityThe Customer Service Remote Work role manages appointments and follow-up communications with Union members seeking information about their benefits. This position supports member engagement and satisfaction by providing responsive, professional service and helping members navigate available benefits.
