About the role
Our client is seeking a Customer Service representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process insurance claims and provide updates to customers
- Manage customer complaints and escalations
- Follow up on customer satisfaction surveys
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
