Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and secure timely payments through proactive relationship building.
  • Identify overdue accounts by reviewing financial reports and reaching out to customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolve payment issues and disputes by collaborating directly with customers and our internal sales team.
  • Process customer credits and adjustments to ensure accurate billing and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, payment plans, and account statuses.
  • Support the finance team by assisting with payment processing when needed.

About You

  • Strong customer service and active relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills with a positive attitude.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and finding win-win solutions for payment delays.
  • Familiarity with office software including Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic numerical calculations.
