Primary Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and secure timely payments through proactive relationship building.
- Identify overdue accounts by reviewing financial reports and reaching out to customers with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve payment issues and disputes by collaborating directly with customers and our internal sales team.
- Process customer credits and adjustments to ensure accurate billing and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, payment plans, and account statuses.
- Support the finance team by assisting with payment processing when needed.
About You
- Strong customer service and active relationship-building skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with a positive attitude.
- Skilled in problem-solving and finding win-win solutions for payment delays.
- Familiarity with office software including Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic numerical calculations.
