Customer Service / Package Handler (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Receive shipment
• Sorting and organizing and staging shipments for installer pickups
• Communicating with the manufacturing plant, retail showrooms, installers, and customers
• Work with the sales team on basic customer service
• Respond to queries over the phone, computer, or in-person

Qualifications

• Physically capable of standing much of your shift
• Package handling experience
• Basic knowledge/exposure to working with computers, RF scanners, and printers
• Strong organizational capabilities
• Friendly and customer service-oriented
• Excellent follow up and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team
