Responsibilities

  • Leading the Customer Service team
  • End-to-end Order Management: capturing and maintaining customer orders in SAP HANA
  • Monitor and manage the order backlog
  • Customer communication: sending order confirmations and invoices
  • Shipping and export handling: creating and managing shipping, export, and customs documents
  • Logistics coordination with external service providers
  • Inventory management and stock monitoring
  • Dispatch sample orders and conduct sample inventory
  • Creation of purchase orders for intercompany shipments
  • Complaint handling
  • Continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in order management or customer service
  • Solid knowledge of shipping, export, and customs documents
  • Experience working with logistics service providers
  • Team lead extensive experience in people leadership
  • Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP HANA) and MS Office
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Team player with cross-functional thinking
  • Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
