RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the sales and customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor sales and customer service representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
Pay
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
