CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER

Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding customer service and managing daily operations.
• Engaging with customers through calls, texts, and emails.
• Conducting needs-based conversations to uncover additional ways to assist customers.
• Overseeing underwriting activities for clients.
• Aiding with customer claims and handling escalated complaints.

Requirements

• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and a Life & Health insurance license.
• Customer service experience preferred, not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
