About the role
The Customer Service Manager (Finance) will oversee all customer service operations within the Investor Relations department. This role will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to improve service quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Manage escalations and resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Train and mentor customer service representatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service management or a related field
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
