What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the Customer Logistics Agent team through coaching and performance management
- Oversee forecasting and order management processes using ERP systems
- Partner with Production, Planning, Quality, Shipping, and Sales to meet delivery commitments
- Serve as the internal Voice of the Customer
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor service levels, workload balance, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with trade and export regulations
- Support process improvements across the supply chain
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Strong understanding of MRP and ERP systems
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
