We need to output only HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Job Description (responsibilities), Qualifications (education, experience, ideal candidate), Additional Information (benefits, schedule, pay). Also maybe "About the role" could be derived from first paragraph? The posting includes description of Eurofins etc. But we must not repeat job title as heading. We can include "About the role" as a short paragraph summarizing role? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content.
- About the role: Could be the paragraph describing the role: "Based anywhere in the United States, and reporting to the Commercial Director for Food & Healthcare Assurance US, the Customer Service Manager owns a defined portfolio..." That's specific. So we can put that under About the role.
- Responsibilities: The list under "Include but are not Limited to the Following:" with bullet points. That is responsibilities. So we can put under Responsibilities.
- Requirements: The "Basic Minimum Education Qualifications:" and "Basic Minimum Work Requirements:" plus maybe "Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely". That's requirements.
- Qualifications: The "The Ideal Candidate Possesses the Following:" with subcategories (Sales & communication, Organizational & analytical, Technical & digital, Interpersonal & behavioral, Language). That's qualifications/skills. Could split into Qualifications and Skills. But we have both headings available. We could put the ideal candidate bullet list under Qualifications, and maybe Skills under Skills? However the ideal candidate includes skills. We could treat Qualifications as education/experience, and Skills as the ideal candidate attributes. But we already used Requirements for education/experience. So we can put Qualifications for the ideal candidate (maybe combine with Skills). But we have both headings; we could put Qualifications for the ideal candidate and Skills for maybe technical/digital? However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one section? But we have to use headings exactly as given? It says use
. The bullets are:
- Account management & client relationship Own a defined portfolio of Food Assurance and Healthcare Assurance clients – from mid-size single-site companies to large multi-site accounts – as their primary commercial point of contact.
- Manage the relationship remotely through a structured contact plan: regular check-in calls, video meetings and business reviews for the most significant accounts.
- Understand each client's certification roadmap (audit cycle, scope and standard changes, new sites, new product categories) and anticipate their needs.
- Work closely with technical services, scheduling and operations to resolve client issues, secure delivery dates and protect the client experience; escalate early when required.
- Safeguard and grow the installed base: renewals, recertification cycles, multi-site expansion and cross-selling of additional standards and services.
- Handle client complaints and commercial disputes in a factual, solution-oriented way, in coordination with the Commercial Director.
- Quoting & sales execution Prepare, issue and follow up quotations and proposals for certification, audit, training and advisory services across both business lines.
- Qualify inbound requests (web, marketing campaigns, referrals, existing clients) and convert them into signed agreements.
- Follow up on open offers to drive approval and signature; negotiate within the approved pricing framework and escalate exceptions.
- Process orders and contracts, ensuring accuracy of scope, standard, site list, pricing and contractual terms before handover to scheduling and operations.
- Manage renewals and multi-year certification cycles proactively so that no surveillance or recertification audit is lost by default.
- Consistently meet or exceed quotation turnaround, conversion and revenue targets on the assigned portfolio.
- Pipeline, CRM & reporting Maintain client records, opportunities and pipeline in the CRM with a high standard of data hygiene – every interaction documented.
- Track order status, win/loss outcomes, renewal dates and revenue forecast, with a clear split between Food and Healthcare.
- Provide regular reporting to the Commercial Director on portfolio performance, conversion rates and at-risk accounts.
- Contribute to the monthly commercial reporting cycle and KPI reviews for both business lines.
- Cross-business-line development Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities between the two portfolios – for example a food manufacturer entering the supplement or cosmetic space, or a supplement brand whose co-manufacturers require GFSI certification.
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars and industry events with structured, timely lead follow-up.
- Share market intelligence (competitor positioning and pricing, standard and regulatory changes, client feedback) with the commercial organization.
- Share best practices with the wider sales team and contribute to overall commercial objectives.
We need to ensure each bullet is a separate . Some bullets have multiple sentences; keep as is.
Requirements: include Basic Minimum Education Qualifications, Basic Minimum Work Requirements, Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
We can format as
for section headings (e.g.

It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we must use all; we can choose which to include. So we could include Qualifications and not Skills, or include both if content distinct. Let's see if we can separate: Qualifications could be education/experience/authorization. Skills could be the ideal candidate attributes (sales communication, organizational, technical, interpersonal, language). That seems reasonable.
- Benefits: The Additional Information includes "Excellent full-time benefits including: Compensation: $58,000 - $65,000 base + bonus eligibility Comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays". That's benefits and pay. Pay is separate heading; we could put compensation under Pay. Benefits could be medical, dental, vision, life/disability, 401k, vacation. So we need separate Pay and Benefits sections if content present.
- Schedule: The Additional Information includes "The position is fully remote full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m., with overtime as needed." That's schedule.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. At end there is "Eurofins USA Food Testing is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer." That's EEO boilerplate; remove.
Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions (none). Also remove "Learn more at ..." links? Those are navigation? Probably consider them boilerplate; we should remove URLs and "Learn more at". The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should strip out the "Learn more at https://..." lines. Also the initial paragraphs about Eurofins Group etc. That's company description; might be considered navigation? It's not boilerplate but it's about company. Should we keep? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company overview is substantive? It's about Eurofins; might be considered background but not directly about the job. However it's part of the posting. The instruction didn't say to remove company description. It says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So we can keep the company overview as part of About the role? But About the role should be about the role, not company. However we could include a short paragraph about the role only. The company overview could be omitted as not directly about the role? But it's substantive info about the employer. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we remove company overview, we are losing substantive info about the company. However the sections we output are limited to those headings; we could include company overview under About the role? But About the role heading expects role description, not company. However we could still include it as part of About the role (the role is within Eurofins). Might be okay.
But we need to avoid duplication: The posting repeats some lines about Eurofins Group etc. There's duplication: first paragraph about Eurofins Scientific, then later "1. Eurofins Group Eurofins Scientific through its subsidiaries is a world leader..." That's similar. We need to deduplicate.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.
Let's craft content:
About the role: paragraph summarizing role: "Based anywhere in the United States, and reporting to the Commercial Director for Food & Healthcare Assurance US, the Customer Service Manager owns a defined portfolio of accounts across both business lines and acts as the primary commercial point of contact for clients – from initial request and quotation through to contract signature, handover to scheduling, and renewal. The role is deliberately built across the two branches: approximately 50% of the activity is dedicated to Food Assurance and 50% to Healthcare Assurance (GMP certification for dietary supplements, cosmetics and over-the-counter drugs). It combines transactional excellence – fast, accurate quoting and order processing – with genuine account ownership: retaining, serving and growing a base made up of both mid-size single-site clients and large multi-site accounts. This is a fully remote, client-facing position conducted online (phone, email and video), working hand in hand with the technical, scheduling and operations teams who deliver the audits. It is a farmer and portfolio-management role rather than a pure hunter role: success is measured by client retention, conversion rate on quotations, revenue growth on the existing base and quality of service."
Responsibilities: list items from "Include but are not Limited to the Following:" each bullet.
We need to convert each bullet into
- ... etc. Qualifications: maybe we keep education/experience? Actually we already used Requirements for those. Qualifications could be "The Ideal Candidate Possesses the Following:" with subcategories. But we need to decide if we want separate Skills section. Let's do Qualifications for the ideal candidate's attributes (sales & communication, organizational & analytical, technical & digital, interpersonal & behavioral, language). And Skills maybe we could leave empty? Better to not include Skills if we don't have distinct content. But we have content for skills; we could put them under Skills and keep Qualifications for education/experience. However we already used Requirements for education/experience. So we could swap: Requirements = education/experience/authorization. Qualifications = ideal candidate attributes. Skills maybe we could omit. But we have both headings available; we could include Qualifications and Skills both with content if we split the ideal candidate into two parts: Qualifications (sales & communication, organizational & analytical, technical & digital) and Skills (interpersonal & behavioral, language). But that seems arbitrary. Given instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So better to combine ideal candidate attributes into one section, either Qualifications or Skills. Since we already used Requirements for education/experience, we can use Qualifications for the ideal candidate. Then we can omit Skills section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays. Pay: "$58,000 - $65,000 base + bonus eligibility". Schedule: "The position is fully remote full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m., with overtime as needed." We should also mention "Candidates can reside anywhere in the United States." That could be part of About the role or Schedule? It's about location; maybe include in About the role or Schedule. Since schedule section already about time, we could add location note there or in
