Customer Service Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Riverside, CA area with a growing manufacturing and operations-focused organization. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys leading teams, strengthening client relationships, improving service processes, and supporting long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Relations Executives focused on customer satisfaction, account growth, and service excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase long-term value.
- Partner with Sales Engineers to support territory growth strategies, new business opportunities, quotations, orders, and customer follow-up.
- Manage CRM activity, customer inquiries, account requests, issue resolution, and follow-through to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Collaborate with Quality, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve internal processes.
- Analyze customer feedback, oversee Return Goods Authorizations, support QMS compliance, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Compensation And Benefits
Salary range: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year.
Employment type: Direct hire.
Schedule: Full-time.
Location: Riverside, CA area.
