Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Aid customers inside and outside U-Haul Centers with U-Haul products and services.
• Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Maintain and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers, checking fluid levels.
• Answer customer questions and provide product/service education.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Part Time: 15-25 hours per week.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Weekends and holidays required (depending on your schedule).
• Flexible with inside and outside duties.
• Available to work outdoors.
