Rich Air, a 1st Class, Full Service FBO located at the Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport (KGFL), is seeking a highly motivated, hardworking, career-driven individual to join their team. This position involves cross-training to the highest standards to perform duties in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, safety-driven environment, offering growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handling passenger and crew reservation needs
• Scheduling aircraft service requests
• Data entry, including invoicing through the Dispatch/Concierge Service Request System
• Sales and marketing activities
• Phone and aviation radio communications
• Maintaining equipment and facilities
• Assisting with pilot and passenger needs
• Performing daily, monthly, and annual inspections
• Observing and adhering to safety procedures and guidelines
• Building and maintaining excellent customer relations
• Exposure to various internal and external aviation opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to stand or walk for long periods, perform heavy lifting, handle heights, perform simple arithmetic, and use basic computer skills
• Great customer service skills
• Prior aviation-related experience preferred
