Customer Service Lead - Part-Time

As the Part Time Customer Service Lead, you’ll lead day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspire and motivate associates to provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service. You’ll ensure a customer-first focus while maintaining friendliness, speed of checkout, and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Model company core values, philosophy, and back-of-house standards for the receiving team.
• Drive improvement in friendliness, checkout speed, and customer feedback by delivering a consistently great experience.
• Maintain a neat and orderly front-end area, troubleshooting register and transaction issues.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Interact with customers to create a positive shopping experience and proactively solve problems.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
