Customer Service Lead

About the Role

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will work across various store areas to maintain high standards and ensure fast, friendly service while gaining entry-level management experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, and make purchase suggestions
• Lead shifts and support team goals
• Assist with store appearance and maintain service standards
• Interact daily with customers and team members
• Provide excellent customer care, sell products, and contribute to problem-solving
• Support team efforts to achieve daily objectives
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds regularly

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience, including cashiering or sales roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, friendliness, and teamwork skills
• Motivation to grow professionally and learn new skills
