Customer Service Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic business development efforts to expand the firm’s transportation practice, securing high-value opportunities and strengthening relationships
• Lead and oversee complex transportation projects, ensuring delivery meets quality, budget, and schedule expectations
• Maintain and grow trusted client relationships while guiding capture strategies, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations
• Provide technical oversight and uphold engineering standards across multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with the marketing team, which provides support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 15+ years of experience
