Responsibilities
- Drive strategic business development efforts to expand the firm’s transportation practice, securing high-value opportunities and strengthening relationships
- Lead and oversee complex transportation projects, ensuring delivery meets quality, budget, and schedule expectations
- Maintain and grow trusted client relationships while guiding capture strategies, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Provide technical oversight and uphold engineering standards across multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with the marketing team, which provides support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years of experience
